Privacy (visitor analytics)

at-design.site and poplarsystems.site keep a first-party log for operations, security monitoring, and understanding how the marketing pages are used. We do not use third-party trackers (for example Google Analytics).

What we collect

• Timestamp, path, HTTP method and status
• Country (Cloudflare country code, when available)
• OS and browser family (from User-Agent)
• Bot / human classification (technical signals)
• Referrer hostname (not the full URL with query)
• First-party session id (cookie)

What we do not store in clear text

IP addresses are not kept in readable form — only a daily salted HMAC hash goes into the log.

Retention

Detailed events: up to 90 days, then rolled into daily aggregates.

Purpose

Legitimate interest: service security (scanning / bot traffic) and improving the public product pages. Contact: operator channels on the domain WHOIS / team hub.
